By purchasing from us you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
All prices are per tree. All our trees are freshly cut to order. All tree heights are approximate and are measured to the tip of the tree. Further details are provided on our size guide page.
The price of the tree includes delivery to your home, but excludes erection of the tree, net removal, and decoration. To deliver the tree to your door we need to have unobstructed access to your property (we’ll be driving a large van among other vehicles). If we can’t drive to your door, we’ll deliver as close as we can.
If a problem is encountered with delivery, we will contact you either by email or telephone to inform you of the delay and make other arrangements with you.
The final ordering date for Christmas trees is Thursday 25 November 2020.
Once you have placed your order, our grower will select and reserve your tree for you. Once it is reserved we won’t always be able to refund or cancel your order. All refunds are liable to be subject to an administration charge.
If we are unable to supply you with a tree, we will provide a refund to the value of your order. We won’t be liable for any further costs.
You don’t have to be in when your tree is delivered. If you provide us with specific instructions when you place your order, we’ll arrange to leave the tree in a designated area of safety, at your own risk.
If you’re not at home when delivery of your tree takes place, and you have not provided specific delivery instructions, the tree will be left in a reasonable and safe place at the judgement of the driver, at your own risk.
We will make deliveries in Rutland between 8.00am – 6.00pm. If your tree has not arrived by 7.00pm on the chosen delivery date, please immediately call our delivery co-ordinator whose contact details can be found in your order confirmation email. You must let us know the same day of any problems or non-deliveries. All our trees can be tracked by our process control system.
Standard delivery is free in Rutland. We can very occasionally deliver outside of this area, but we might ask for an increased delivery contribution. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for details. If we are unable to deliver to your address, any order will be fully refunded and we won't be liable for any further costs.

All our trees undergo vigorous quality control before despatch. Although we do our best to ensure trees are well balanced, Christmas trees are a natural living thing and as such we can only accept a returned item if there is a genuine problem with the tree. In this instance, if the tree is obviously damaged on arrival then refuse to accept it. If you are unhappy once it is out of the net, you need to telephone us within 24 hours of receipt to report this. We’ll then ask you to send us a digital image if possible, to confirm the problem with the tree. We will then process a refund or we reserve the right to send a replacement tree.
It's your responsibility to make sure your payment is successful. If your card is declined or if Braintree blocks your payment, please try again - we are unable to override this for you.
You can email us at any time to check on the status of your order, or just check online following the links in your order confirmation email.
Like all our Trees, large / corporate trees are for delivery only - we do not offer an erecting service.
Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
